David co-founded Avant in 2020 and leads the firm’s day-to-day operations. Prior to Avant, he led the Technology Sector for Korn Ferry from 2017-2020 after being recruited away from a successful 20-year career in sales and product leadership roles at AT&T and Clearwire.

Prior to co-founding Avant in 2020, Sonia built a highly-successful, 30-year executive search practice as a sole practitioner, placing over 200 senior executives globally for brands in the consumer, beauty, fashion, retail & hospitality industries. Sonia currently leads these practice areas for Avant.

Laurie began her career working in global advertising for Saatchi & Saatchi NYC. After 15 years in advertising, she transitioned into marketing leadership roles with Samsung and Motorola before ultimately helping co-found Avant in 2020. She currently leads the firm’s Marketing practice area and its Advisory Services business.
